Our call-out charge is clear. After diagnosis, we always tell you the repair price in advance and only start the repair once you approve it.
Call-out and diagnosis

You pay the flat fee if you decline the repair or book diagnosis only.
Quick repair or service
1 500–3 500 KčA short job without extensive dismantling or expensive parts.
Standard repair
3 500–8 000 KčTypical labour, materials and a standard replacement part.

CLEAR TERMS BEFORE WE SET OFF
Prague and travel beyond Prague
The 990 Kč flat fee covers the technician’s visit and fault diagnosis. If you book the proposed repair with us, we waive the flat fee. This also applies if the repair is completed later, once a part arrives.
Outside Prague: + 15 Kč/km
We calculate the distance from Prague’s city boundary to your premises and back along a road route agreed in advance. This travel charge applies even when we carry out the repair. We confirm the total amount and terms before setting off.
Example: premises 20 km outside Prague
Travel: 20 km there + 20 km back × 15 Kč = 600 Kč. If you decline the repair, you pay 1 590 Kč in total. If we carry out the repair, you pay the repair price + 600 Kč for travel; the 990 Kč flat fee is waived.
Sending an enquiry does not book a paid call-out. We first agree on the price and terms with you. New rates do not change previously agreed terms.
Repair price ranges are indicative. The flat fee for call-out and diagnosis is 990 Kč; travel outside Prague costs 15 Kč/km. These rates are final. You approve the cost of labour, parts and materials before the repair.

Before setting off, we confirm the call-out fee and any travel charges with you. On site, we identify the cause of the fault and agree on the repair price with you before starting work.
We repair and check
Once the repair is complete, we test the equipment and give you a summary of the work carried out.
When we carry out the repair, the 990 Kč flat fee is waived.
This makes call-out and diagnosis free in Prague. Outside Prague, the travel charge agreed in advance is always added at 15 Kč/km each way.

Yes, you do not have to have bought the equipment from us to use our service. For commercial kitchen equipment, we check the repair options based on the brand, model, fault and spare parts availability.
How much will the repair cost?
The repair price depends on the fault, labour and parts required. Call-out and diagnosis in Prague cost 990 Kč; we waive this flat fee when we carry out the repair. Outside Prague, travel is charged at 15 Kč/km each way from Prague’s city boundary, even when we carry out the repair. We confirm everything with you in advance.
What if I decide not to go ahead with the repair?
For a call-out with diagnosis booked in advance, you pay a flat fee of 990 Kč. Outside Prague, the travel charge agreed in advance is added at 15 Kč/km each way from Prague’s city boundary. The same rates apply when diagnosis is booked on its own.
What should I have ready before calling?
You only need to know which equipment is not working, what is happening and where your premises are. A photo of the rating plate and any error message will help us prepare for the visit.
How quickly can you arrive?
A technician will arrive at your premises within 90 minutes of confirming the call-out. We confirm the address, call-out fee and arrival time when arranging the visit. Completing the repair may depend on the delivery of a spare part.
Do you also repair refrigeration equipment and gas appliances?
Yes, we provide comprehensive refrigeration servicing — from cleaning and electrical faults to refrigeration circuits, compressors and refrigerant top-ups. We do not repair gas appliances or ventilation systems.
