The form is used to prepare a WhatsApp message. The details you enter are processed in your browser. The website does not send them to its own database or save them in the browser’s local storage.
When you select “Open WhatsApp”, the prepared text is passed to WhatsApp through a link. You can then edit the message and confirm sending it. WhatsApp’s terms and privacy information apply to your use of that service.
Communication about repairs
If you call or message us, we use the information to handle your enquiry, arrange servicing and communicate with you about it. For your initial enquiry, you only need to provide the equipment type, location and fault description. Please do not send sensitive data unrelated to the service.
Purpose, legal basis and processing period
We use enquiry data to take steps towards a contract at your request and to subsequently provide the service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process data required for accounting and other legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Website security and the protection of legal claims are based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting job. After that, we retain it only to the extent and for the time necessary to meet statutory retention obligations or protect legal claims until the relevant time limits expire; if a dispute is ongoing, until it is resolved. Providing data in an enquiry is voluntary. However, without the details needed to arrange a repair, we may be unable to provide the service.
Technical operation
We activate Google Ads only with your consent to measure visits and clicks on contact buttons. The legal basis for this measurement is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings. We do not share form details or message contents with Google. The hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver the page, secure it and manage access. The website is operated through Sites (OpenAI), using infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc.
